Responsibilities: As the Sr Director of Nursing Acute Care Services at California Hospital, you will oversee services including acute-care medical and surgical units, telemetry, and the nursing office. You will direct operations, collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and initiatives, and work with front-line leaders to ensure high standards of patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role is especially exciting with the recent opening of our new Patient Tower, representing a significant investment in our community's healthcare future. Our new facilities aim to enhance service accessibility and extend beyond traditional hospital care, focusing on health equity and social justice initiatives.

Pay Range: $79.07 - $114.66 per hour.
