Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Studio Leader to define and deliver a global studio strategy, elevating photography, film, and post-production across channels. You will supervise major productions and guide creative output to strengthen the Crocs brand.

You will manage a multi-million-dollar budget, lead senior teams, and drive AI-enabled workflows while collaborating with Creative, Brand Marketing, Product, Digital, and regional teams to ensure timely, brand-aligned output.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 12+ years in creative production, content studios, or related roles across global brands.
  • 4+ years leading senior, multidisciplinary teams and developing leaders.
  • Experience leading a volume-heavy in-house studio or global production function.
  • Deep expertise across campaign, fashion or lifestyle photography, film, e-commerce, social, motion, and post-production.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated visual storytelling and brand impact.
  • Experience building hybrid in-house and external production models globally.
  • Proven success managing substantial budgets and complex vendor ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate creative ambition into production strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency with AI-enabled production tools, CGI, automation, and asset workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver a global studio strategy aligning brand ambition with a modern content ecosystem.
  • Set a high bar for photography, film, motion, e-commerce, social, and post-production to strengthen the Crocs brand.
  • Lead production from briefing through casting, capture, post, localization, delivery, and archiving.
  • Integrate AI-enabled workflows and emerging tools with clear creative and brand standards.
  • Develop scalable models balancing global idea strength with regionally relevant execution.
  • Inspire and develop producers, studio operators, and DAM teams with clear career paths.
  • Build a network of photographers, directors, studios, post partners, talent, and creators.
  • Establish workflows, calendars, standards, and performance measures for speed and quality.
  • Own and optimize a multi-million-dollar production budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ambition, resources, and delivery.
  • Lead multiple high-visibility productions and guide teams through change.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead with a studio vision by defining and delivering a global studio strategy that turns brand ambition into a modern, connected content ecosystem.
  • Elevate the brand through craft by setting a high bar for photography, film, motion, e-commerce, social, and post-production so every asset strengthens the Crocs brand.
  • Lead production from creative briefing and feasibility through casting, capture, post-production, localization, delivery, and archiving.
  • Reimagine how content is made by integrating AI-enabled workflows, CGI, automation, real-time capture, and emerging tools with clear creative, legal, and brand standards.
  • Develop scalable models that protect a strong global idea while enabling relevant, effective execution across regions, channels, and consumer moments.
  • Inspire and develop producers, studio operators, post-production, and DAM and metadata teams while building clear roles, capabilities, and career paths.
  • Build a high-performing network of photographers, directors, production companies, studios, post partners, talent, and specialist creators.
  • Establish clear workflows, decision rights, production calendars, quality standards, and performance measures that improve speed, visibility, and accountability.
  • Own and optimize a multi-million-dollar production budget, balancing efficiency with the level of craft and ambition required to grow the brand.
  • Connect studio performance to creative quality, asset effectiveness, speed to market, reuse, localization, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Product, Digital, E-commerce, Merchandising, Media, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to align ambition, resources, and delivery.
  • Lead multiple high-visibility productions and team members while protecting the idea, making timely decisions, and keeping teams moving.
  • Communicate studio vision, investment choices, production recommendations, and transformation plans clearly to executive leadership and external partners.
  • Ensure production practices meet quality, usage-rights, accessibility, sustainability, privacy, safety, and responsible AI expectations.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • At least 12+ years of experience in creative production, content studios, or related roles across global brands, agencies, media, entertainment, or production companies
  • At least 4+ years leading senior, multidisciplinary teams and developing leaders
  • Shown success leading or redefining a volume-heavy in-house studio or global production function
  • Deep expertise across campaign, fashion or lifestyle photography, film, e-commerce, social, motion, and post-production
  • A strong portfolio or body of work demonstrating elevated visual storytelling, production innovation, and brand-building impact
  • Experience developing hybrid in-house and external production models across global markets
  • Demonstrated success handling substantial budgets, complex vendor ecosystems, commercial negotiations, talent, and usage rights
  • Ability to translate creative ambition and business priorities into clear production strategy, operating models, and measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency in emerging content technologies, including AI-enabled production, CGI, automation, and digital asset workflows, with sound judgment around responsible adoption
  • Strong understanding of DAM, content governance, localization, and asset lifecycle management
  • Outstanding executive communication, influence, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • High creative standards, strong cultural awareness, and a commitment to inclusive, consumer-relevant storytelling
  • Ability to lead through change and ambiguity in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Willingness to travel as production and business needs require

Salary or Pay Range: $250,000 - $280,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
