The Sr. Director of Enterprise Architecture is responsible for leading the enterprise architecture function, ensuring alignment between architectural roadmaps, business strategies, and enterprise transformation activities. This role will manage a team of enterprise architects and collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute organizational strategy, support enterprise change, and optimize technology investments. The Sr. Director will also oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Additionally, this role will drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and making informed technology decisions.

Your Impact
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Establish frameworks and metrics for the enterprise architecture planning process.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement architectural roadmaps and transformation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Optimize IT governance and decision-making processes in response to changing business contexts and technology landscapes.
  • Lead the integration of new technologies into the enterprise architecture, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing systems.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure continuous innovation and support. Oversee budget planning and financial management for the enterprise architecture function.
  • Develop and track performance metrics for the enterprise architecture function.
  • Conduct regular reviews with the IT leadership team to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant business area (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in a technology management role leading others. Minimum 5 years of experience with vendor management.
  • ITIL Foundations, Agile Training, PMP, consumer privacy, cyber security or other industry certification preferred.
  • Experience leading large, global, cross functional projects. Proven experience with the analysis of complex business and technical requirements, and the ability to develop innovative solutions that provide measurable business results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels on a global scale. Personnel development & Management of a team.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage multiple ongoing projects. Ability to manage large IT budgets. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong initiative, problem solving skills and decision-making skills.

Base Compensation

$237,429.36 - $326,465.38 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
