**About Business Architecture:**
The Business Architecture (BA) team is a strategic organization driving Citi's transformation into a customer-centric organization. We develop enterprise-wide frameworks, taxonomies, and standards, providing governance and oversight across businesses and functions.

**Role Overview:**
The Process Ownership Assessments (POA) Methodology Design and Operationalization Lead will collaborate with senior stakeholders to lead the POA methodology team, focusing on data needs, technology requirements, testing, and calibration to ensure sustainable enterprise results. The role includes designing controls, monitoring their effectiveness, and aligning strategies with broader BA goals.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Understand and drive the BA methodology requirements across the enterprise.
  • Contribute to BA transformation programs from planning to operationalization, including testing and controls.
  • Design operational models, standards, and procedures.
  • Develop analytics, dashboards, and workflows to support seamless stakeholder processes.
  • Serve as SME, providing expertise and influencing stakeholders through presentations and communication.
  • Analyze complex information to inform process and platform requirements.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively across organizational levels.
  • Assess risks and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 15+ years of experience in related functions, with strong analytical and technology development knowledge.
  • Project management skills with experience coordinating with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and controls design.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
  • Proficiency in data profiling, Microsoft Office suite, and analytical tools.

**Education:**
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

**Location:** Tampa, Florida, United States

**Salary Range:** $170,000 - $300,000 plus benefits and incentives.
