Furthermore, you serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the leadership team - framing decisions, shaping priorities while driving alignment across multiple teams.
In this leadership role, you will deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will partner with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will also manage the health of the overall portfolio and propose tradeoffs related to resources, sequencing, and prioritization.
You’re equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $199,800 – $388,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $249,700 – $388,150.
