Ladders is seeking a Sr Director, Data Domain Owner (Technology) to own the vision and priorities for data within a defined domain, partnering with data stewards, custodians, and business leaders to improve data quality and governance.

This highly collaborative leadership role aligns business requirements with data specifications, drives adoption of data products, and ensures cross-domain coordination to support enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Expertise in a specific sub-domain of data usage within the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with data cataloging tools and governance practices.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director, Data Domain Owner (Technology) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will own the vision and priorities for data efforts within a defined domain, ensuring they support broader enterprise priorities. The role will partner closely with data stewards, custodians, and business leaders to improve data quality, strengthen governance, and drive adoption of data products across the organization. It is a highly collaborative leadership role focused on aligning competing needs, setting clear accountability, and turning business requirements into actionable data specifications.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $148,000 - $234,000 annually.
