Job summary

Solventum seeks a Sr Director Americas Logistics to lead Distribution Center Operations, Transportation, Customs, and Intercompany Order Management across the Americas. You will drive cost savings, standardization, and end-to-end process improvements in a 14-DC network with substantial annual revenue.

You'll report to the VP of Global Logistics and partner with Commercial, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, and Quality to meet service, cost, and compliance goals while developing high‑performing

You will also work closely with global Centers of Excellence to drive innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement across end-to-end logistics processes, deliver cost savings, and shape an optimized logistics network within the region.As the Sr Director Americas Logistics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
