You will lead audits, investigations, and EHS systems, collaborating with repair service, manufacturing, and engineering teams to mitigate risks early in projects. Strong communication, OSHA-30, and Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3 years of EHS experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • OR High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of EHS experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) program across multiple repair sites to ensure regulatory compliance and a culture of safety.
  • Lead and advise on EHS audits and assessments, incident investigations, and EHS systems.
  • Communicate program status and results to management and monitor metrics for improvement.
  • Serve as a technical EHS leader for new/modified equipment, processes, and capital projects.
  • Establish extensive corporate interactions to support program completion across functions.

Here, you will make an impact by:How you will make an impactDeveloping and deploying the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) program across multiple repair and sites to ensure compliance with regulations, while promoting a strong culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement; including development of technical procedures and training.Leading and advising on EHS audits and assessments, management review, incident investigations, EHS systems, ergonomics, and technical standards.Communicating program status and results to management, monitoring metrics, recommending and implementing improvements.Serving as a technical EHS leader for new and modified equipment/processes, new product introductions, capital projects, and management of change processes, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated early in project development.Establishing extensive corporate interactions and develops a network of support (repair service, EHS, technical, manufacturing, and engineering) to facilitate completion of programs.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (3) three years of EHS experience in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (10) ten years of EHS experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:OSHA 30 certificationStrong project management, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with management and employeesFirst aide / CPR / AED experienceExcellent written and verbal communication toward diverse teams with varying levels of proficiency in the EHS spaceMicrosoft Office experienceWork location: Onsite-Oakdale, MNTravel: May include up to 15% [domestic/international]Relocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
