Job summary

GP Fund Solutions (GPFS) is seeking a Director of Fund Reporting to lead client relationships, oversee the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of fund deliverables, and guide onboarding for new clients across the US, UK, and EU.

This role emphasizes mentorship, strong US GAAP expertise, and collaboration with audit teams, while driving business development and maintaining a people-first, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of private equity accounting experience.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and industry accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen client relationships as a trusted partner.
• Oversee accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables across client engagements.
• Review and approve client financial statements, partner capital statements, and other key financial reports.
• Develop onboarding plans for new clients.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and industry insights to support clients’ evolving needs.
• Coordinate, manage, and monitor the external audit process.
• Lead, develop, and mentor team members.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and best practices.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and identify opportunities for client growth and service enhancement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of private equity accounting experience.
