Job summary

GP Fund Solutions (GPFS) is seeking an Accountant to join our team in Minneapolis. You’ll manage treasury functions, post journal entries, support quarterly reporting, and assist in GAAP financial statement prep, helping investors and clients succeed.

You’ll collaborate with clients and teammates, maintain SOC-1 internal controls, and help keep deliverables on schedule. The role offers strong training, benefits, and a hybrid schedule after probation to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury functions (reconciliations, cash reporting, disbursements).
• Post journal entries and support quarterly reporting cycles.
• Assist in GAAP financial statement preparation.
• Handle capital calls, distributions, and investor inquiries.
• Collaborate with clients and teammates to deliver excellence.
• Maintenance and review of SOC-1 internal control procedures.
• Weekly maintenance of an internal client deliverable schedule.
