Job summary

LTTS is seeking a highly skilled industrial design engineer with advanced digital modeling in Alias (NURBS and SubD). You should demonstrate expert capability in at least one path, translate 2D sketches into accurate 3D volumes, and perform Class-A surfacing with FEAS workflows efficiently.

We expect strong visualization skills with VRED, Omniverse, Unreal Engine, Unity or Blender, and interest in XR/MR workflows.

Qualifications

• Advanced digital modeling in Alias (NURBS/SubD) with expert-level capability in at least one.
• Strong sketch modeling for interpreting 2D sketches into 3D volumes.
• Experience with Class-A surfacing and FEAS workflows for efficient results.
• Excellent visualization and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Advanced proficiency in digital modeling using Alias (NURBS and/or SubD)
  • Candidates should demonstrate expert-level capability in at least one (NURBS or SubD), with strong working knowledge of both preferred
• Strong capability in sketch modeling with speed and accuracy, with the ability to interpret 2D sketches and translate design intent into 3D volume
  • Class-A surfacing with deep understanding of parametric modeling and FEAS workflows, executed efficiently
• Highly proficient in visualization tools such as:
  • VRED, Omniverse, Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender
  • If visualization skills are not at a high level, candidate must demonstrate exceptional expertise in digital modeling
• Exposure to or interest in XR/MR workflows is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team
• Demonstrates adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and ability to navigate evolving project challenges
