Job description

Calling all Sr Digital Marketing Strategists with experience in B2B marketing. Our agency supporting conservative business and initiatives is looking for a Sr Digital Marketing Strategist to join their team in a full time capacity.

This is a fully remote, direct hire position with the agency. Applicants must be comfortable working on conservative politics and elevating Republican efforts and businesses.

This Sr Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for:
Developing marketing strategy for several political podcasts created by agency clients
Developing marketing strategy for other clients, specifically business who are publicly right leaning
Strategic avenues typically lean into digital tactics, including paid media advertising, email, social media and YouTube
Provides campaign messaging to be further developed by the creative team
Driving all campaign strategies based on data and setting up the proper tools to track campaigns, monitor and alter as needed based on that data
Working closely with the creative and implementation team on ideas and execution

The Sr Digital Marketing Strategists required qualifications are:
Experience with digital marketing strategy for organic and paid advertising, social media and email
Experience in podcast marketing and/or working in a podcasting network
Understands B2B marketing and selling a consulting service, driving the sales funnel
Data-driven and has expertise setting up, monitoring and adjusting campaigns based on metrics
Comfortable in a remote, but Zoom first setting and being on camera with clients and internal teammates
Experience working within HubSpot

The Sr Digital Marketing Strategists preferred qualifications are:
Expertise in sales operations or funnel building
