Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a DevOps-focused engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across our remote-first platform. You will build internal tools to streamline development workflows and integrate quality gates with SonarQube and Xray.

Collaborate with developers, QA, and platform teams to improve build reliability, performance, and observability, while ensuring security and scalability in a Kubernetes-driven environment.

• Familiarity with quality gates and vulnerability scanning.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, Docker-in-Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Develop internal tools and frameworks to boost developer efficiency using Jenkins Shared Libraries (Groovy), SonarQube, and artifact repositories.
• Optimize build performance, reduce build failure rates, and improve reliability through automation and observability.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as build time and failure rate; track DORA metrics.
• Bridge platform and engineering teams to reduce friction in build, test, and deploy workflows.
• Manage and upgrade developer productivity tools in Kubernetes ensuring scalability and high availability.

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and platform teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
