Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a financial services client to strengthen enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, ArgoCD, Groovy, Python, and GitHub Actions.

Design, build, and maintain pipelines; develop deployment scripts; implement GitOps; automate build, test, release, and deployment; and partner with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve delivery and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE roles.
• Hands-on with Jenkins, Python, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong Git, GitOps, SDLC, and Agile understanding.

Our financial services client is seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Jenkins, Harness, Groovy, Python, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions to support enterprise CI/CD, deployment automation, and GitOps initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, and GitHub Actions.
• Develop automation and deployment scripts in Groovy and Python.
• Implement and support GitOps-based deployments with ArgoCD.
• Automate build, test, release, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot pipeline, deployment, and production support issues.
• Partner with Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams to improve software delivery and operational efficiency.
• Promote DevOps best practices, automation, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Jenkins
• Python
• ArgoCD
• GitHub Actions
• Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Git, GitOps, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Financial services industry experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and infrastructure automation.
