Job summary

PDS is seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer in Chandler, AZ to design and build enterprise-grade CI/CD and cloud-native platform infrastructure. You will own production EKS clusters, author Helm charts, and drive automation with Python, Lambdas, and serverless tooling.

You will shape pipeline architectures with GitLab CI or GitHub Actions and develop Terraform modules to own IaC across environments, enabling engineering teams to ship faster and more reliably.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of production EKS clusters and CI/CD pipelines.
• Author Helm charts with schema validation and tests.
• Strong Python for automation, Lambda, or serverless apps.

We're looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to help design and build enterprise-grade CI/CD and cloud-native platform infrastructure, enabling engineering teams to ship software faster, safer, and more reliably. This is a highly technical, build-focused role for someone who enjoys turning DevOps concepts into production systems.

What We're Looking For

• Production EKS ownership - building and operating clusters, not just deploying into them
• Helm chart authorship from scratch - schema validation, CI tests, reusable chart libraries
• Python at builder depth - APIs, automation tooling, Lambda functions, or serverless applications
• GitLab CI or GitHub Actions pipeline architecture - designing pipelines, not just maintaining them
• Terraform module development with real IaC ownership across multiple environments

Nice to Have

ArgoCD or Flux for GitOps-driven deployments, JFrog Artifactory or Nexus for artifact management, Fortify/SonarQube security scanning and CVE remediation experience, AWS GovCloud or FedRAMP background, Java or C++ development alongside DevOps work.
