BorgWarner PDS (USA), Inc. seeks a Sr. Development Process Engineer based out of our office at 3800 Automation Ave., Auburn Hills, MI 48326. This is a hybrid position, requiring work both from home and the office, with the employee residing within a reasonable commuting distance. Travel is not required.
The engineer will apply systems and software experience to enhance team proficiency in the BorgWarner engineering development process (Electronics Development Framework, "EDF") for projects. They will serve as a change agent for organizational transformation towards electrified drive systems and software teams to meet ASPICE compliance goals. Responsibilities include analyzing system and software process deployments, identifying improvement opportunities, developing solutions, and leading process evolution initiatives. They will also develop training curricula, monitor process performance, create and maintain quality dashboards, perform compliance checks, and recommend process improvements.
