What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of a scalable, high-performance health data interface engine
- Partner with cross-functional teams to guide the strategic roadmap and execution
- Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor high-volume HL7 v2 interfaces
- Facilitate decisions on scope of work, task duration, and design requirements
- Lead process improvement initiatives across the department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in a health technology environment with a focus on scalable, high-volume data interfaces
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of industry-leading HL7 interface engines
- Hands-on experience with AWS and serverless technologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with design and development of HL7 FHIR, HL7 CDA, and HL7 v2
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Golang, Python, and Java
- Experience with Agile methodologies and implementing DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex issues into actionable plans
- Demonstrated positive work ethic with a commitment to achieving project goals
