What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of a scalable Health data interface engine
- Create detailed technical design artifacts considering system dependencies and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the strategic roadmap aligned with program vision
- Develop performance metrics to enhance the effectiveness of high-volume HL7 v2 interfaces
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to foster a high-performing culture and drive process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in a Health Technology Environment, with 3+ years in a Cloud environment
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience leading teams and managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of HL7 interface engines such as Iguana and Intersystem
- Experience with HL7 FHIR, HL7 CDA, and HL7 v2 design and development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, and Java
