Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation in Chicago is seeking an IT Resource Planning Analyst to analyze a central pool of resources across technologies and platforms, and to coordinate schedules of employees and contractors to meet business needs. You will maintain visibility of pool capacity to ensure alignment of development demand and capacity.

The role includes providing input into financial, workforce, and technical capacity planning processes and working with stakeholders in a hybrid environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience; OR Tech Certification and 6 years Information Technology experience; OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills; oral and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of project planning tools e.g., MS Project.
• Analysis and modeling tools e.g., Excel.
• Knowledge of application development platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud computing / SaaS.
• Knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
• Knowledge of data center platforms (servers, storage).
• Knowledge of end user platforms (desktops, laptops, mobile).

Job Summary

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$70,600.00 - $149,600.00
