These activities include transportation, warehousing, materials handling, protective packaging, inventory control, order processing, customer service, and directing subordinates.**Additional Responsibilities:** Monitor and control costs to meet or exceed all budget and productivity performance guidelines and benchmarks. Assure 100% asset integrity of all BJ's merchandise in conjunction with BJ's Safety and Quality Control Standards. Maintain proper guidelines and controls to ensure a quality Management and Team Member relations environment. Ensure the allocation of sufficient resources to optimize productivity and realize continuous improvement. Provide cohesive customer service by communicating with selling Club Managers and vendors to ensure high quality support.**Job Requirements:**Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. 7 plus years of experience in a in a combination of physical distribution, transportation, and resources.In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
