Help control the OSHA Incident Rate (OIR) and Lost Time Incident Rate (LTI) by monitoring sanitation, safe working conditions, ensuring safety policies are followed, holding pre-shift meetings and proper usage of material handling equipment● Monitor/audit daily for GMP, COOL procedures (Country of Origin Labeling), HAACP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and other food safety guidelines● Ensure consistent and fair application of company and division policies, such as attendance.● Coach, manage and mentor supervisors, including but not limited to ensuring completion of daily responsibilities, such as observations and/or APT touchbases● Promote our servant leadership culture and open communication for effective team member engagement and problem-solving.● Other duties as assigned**Education/Experience:**● High school diploma or GED.
