Business Intelligence & Informatics Consultant Services, Inc. (BIICS, Inc) seeks a Senior DB2 Database Administrator to join our Tallahassee, FL team on-site.

You will be responsible for daily operational and database administration activities, performance monitoring, tuning, and developing procedures and documentation. The ideal candidate has 15 years of combined experience in DB2 for z/OS, SQL Server, Oracle, strong expertise in z/OS, JCL, ISPF, COBOL, and a proven track record mentoring staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 15 years combined experience in DB2 for z/OS, SQL Server 2008R2 and 2012, and Oracle 10g+.

Responsibilities

• Daily operational and database administration activities.
• Conduct database performance monitoring and tuning.

Requirements

Potential candidatemust possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or otherrelated field. Or equivalent work experience.
• 15 years combined experience in database administration for DB2 forz/OS, SQL Server 2008R2 and 2012, and Oracle 10g and above.
• Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS application integration,performance management and data base administration
