About The Role
We’re hiring a Sr. Data Scientist (Operations Research) to lead innovation within our fleet and supply chain systems. In this fully remote role, you'll join a small, agile team and help build sophisticated optimization and simulation solutions from the ground up. You'll be instrumental in transforming construction logistics through advanced OR methods, helping us shape the future of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine fleet management strategies using advanced analytics.
• Build simulation experiments from scratch and implement optimization algorithms to tackle complex supply chain issues.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess supply chain efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally to identify impactful opportunities, design experiments, and quantify business outcomes.
• Play a pivotal role in expanding OR capabilities across a large, untapped space within the company.

Skills And Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in statistics, computer science, applied mathematics, operations research, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations research, supply chain optimization, or data science roles.
• Deep understanding of modern algorithm development techniques.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and business acumen.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
