Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Data Production Support Systems Specialist in Gloucester, MA for a contract-to-hire role. The focus is on production support across data and application layers, with responsibilities spanning data, reporting, integrations, and AI-related needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, and partner with vendors to ensure reliable operations and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of production support experience.
• Strong SQL development and database skills are required.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Azure SQL Database.
• Familiarity with EDI processes and technologies.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Experience working with external vendors and technology partners.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Description:

Hybrid 4 days onsite to start in Gloucester, MA

Our client seeks a Sr. Data Production Support Systems Specialist to support data, reporting, integrations, business applications, and emerging AI solution needs. You will own development, maintenance, and enhancement of business systems, data solutions, and operational processes that enable informed decision-making and improved performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams, collaborate with users, vendors, and technology partners to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, and contribute across the solution lifecycle. You will focus on production support and troubleshooting across data and application layers while participating in new initiatives in a manufacturing context.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $55.00 to $50.00/hr. w2

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience with a focus on production support.
• Strong SQL development and database skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Azure SQL Database.
• Experience with EDI processes and technologies.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Experience working with external vendors and technology partners.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams and operate as a senior, hands-on individual contributor.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
