Job summary

Gorton's, Inc. seeks a Senior Data & Business Systems Specialist to own data, reporting, integration, and business application needs. You will develop and maintain data solutions and operational processes empowering informed decisions and improved performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong SQL development and database skills.
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate).
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Azure SQL Database.
• Experience with EDI processes and technologies.

Position Summary: As Senior Data & Business Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's data, reporting, integration, business application, and emerging AI solution needs. You will take ownership of developing, maintaining, and enhancing business systems, data solutions, and operational processes that enable informed decision-making and improved business performance. This role offers the opportunity to expand your technical capabilities while developing a deep understanding of our business operations and processes.

In addition, you will partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve processes. You will collaborate with business users, external vendors, and technology partners to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, and contribute to projects throughout the solution lifecycle. Working closely with peers and leadership, you will help address business challenges and support technology solutions that drive organizational success.

Pay Range: $90,320-$112,900/Annually
