This can be a remote position for the right person, with options to work at our Baltimore office. Ideally, candidates in the eastern or central US time zones are preferred.
Ideal candidates will have a solid background in system architecture, hydronics systems, and experience designing air and liquid-cooled systems. A degree in engineering (bachelor’s or higher) and at least five years of relevant experience in data center thermal management or related fields are required. Familiarity with large-scale data centers and current trends is a plus.
Skills include proficiency in system design, problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to innovate and protect IP. Customer-centric approach and experience working with complex infrastructures are essential.
The salary range is $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and location.
