Upperline Health is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst (Operations) to support enterprise analytics and reporting needs across the company to help inform and improve operations, drive new initiatives, and ensure sound business decisions are made. The Sr. Data Analyst (Operations) will serve as a strategic analytics partner, working directly with the corporate team including senior executives, regional operations leadership teams, and cross-functional partners, to create KPI’s and regular reporting cadences for managing Upperline and Upperline partners’ clinical operations as well as perform deeper analyses on specific topics, frame business questions, identify key drivers, interpret results, and translate insights into recommendations that drive decisions.
To be successful at this position, you need to be self-motivated, have exceptional analytical skills, be willing to learn Athena (EMR) and understand the business operations, as well as be highly proficient in Power BI and SQL. Compensation is commensurate to compensation for similar positions in the region and based on prior training and experience
