Upperline Health is building value-based, patient-centered care through a BizOps function that partners with leadership to plan, manage, and execute strategic initiatives. You will lead data-driven programs, coordinate across teams, and drive measurable outcomes in a growth-stage healthcare setting.
The Operations & Strategy Associate role blends analysis, strategy, and hands-on execution, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management. Hybrid work with travel flexibility is provided.
Upperline Health is the nation’s largest multispecialty physician groups introducing value-based care into places it’s never been. We’re rebuilding how healthcare works by bringing primary care into non-primary care settings and redefining the role specialists can play in driving patient outcomes.
Triage is temporary. Treatment is transformative. Our care teams provide wrap-around care for patients outside of their usual specialist appointments. This care team includes physicians, advanced practice providers, care navigators, pharmacists, dietitians, and social workers and works to solve both the immediate challenges and the long-term trajectory of every patient we touch.
We put patients at the center of value-based care and design everything else around that. We deliver whole-person care, wherever the patient is - in clinic, through telehealth, at home.
Upperline is headquartered in Nashville with clinics across the country.
Upperline is seeking a highly motivated BizOps Manager to join our Business Operations & Strategy team. You will partner with the executive leadership team and other leaders at Upperline to plan, manage, and execute key initiatives and build a strong operating structure at an innovative growth stage healthcare company which is transforming specialty healthcare towards value-based care. The right candidate is equal parts operator, strategist, and builder. You’re the kind of person who gets energy from ambiguity, moves quickly without sacrificing judgment, and can context-switch between tactical execution and big-picture thinking. You’re comfortable navigating unstructured problems, and you have a bias toward action - even when the path isn’t fully mapped.
This role reports to the BizOps Manager. This is a hybrid position with flexibility for travel as needed.
Competitive benefit options include comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, 401K (matching), PTO and parental leave.
Compensation is commensurate to compensation for similar positions in the region and based on prior training and experience.
