About the Clinical Data Developer Position
We're looking for a Clinical Data Developer to join our team and help transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights. This hybrid role blends analytical expertise with engineering skills—you'll work with clinical datasets, design and maintain ETL pipelines, ensure data integrity across systems, and support analytics for patient care, operations, and quality improvement.
Ideal candidates have experience with healthcare data (EHRs, claims, etc.), strong SQL skills, familiarity with modern data tools (e.g., Snowflake, DBT), and a passion for improving healthcare through data. Upperline is looking for strong performers who can handle tasks both big and small and are comfortable in an intense and fastpaced environment. We believe this is a unique opportunity for those looking for exposure to improve their analytical skills, learn healthcare, and be in a position to advance in a fast-growing company.
