The Senior Cyber Engineer will join our Cyber Engineering team in Indianapolis, IN, supporting the implementation of cyber engineering on embedded systems integrated onto DoD platforms. Responsibilities include developing embedded and networked security solutions and leading cybersecurity efforts for secure system products. Activities involve security subsystem specifications, architecture, interface descriptions, RMF assessment and authorization, and vulnerability assessments.
The Senior Cyber Engineer must work independently and collaboratively with engineers across development, integration, test, and modeling. They should demonstrate creativity and ingenuity in developing advanced security systems and information assurance, leveraging RMF guidelines. Effective communication with internal and external customers is essential.
The Senior Cyber Engineer will be involved throughout the full lifecycle of development, including proposal, CONOPs development, requirements, architecture, design, integration, testing, and certification. Minimal travel (up to 15%) may be required to support testing and development activities at customer sites.
