Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT is seeking a Sr. Customer Engagement Manager 3 to bridge senior leadership and DoD customers, coordinating engagements, briefings, and site events for the Sentinel program.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage visits, budgets, and schedules, and travel up to 40% to support engagements at Roy, Vandenberg AFB, and other locations; top secret clearance with SAP eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience; Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience or additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance w/SAP eligibility.
• Experience interfacing directly with DoW and military senior officials, with a record of planning engagements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central conduit for all tiers of DoW customer interaction and engagement.
• Direct, plan, and execute customer visits, symposia, conferences, and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with multiple cross-divisional teams to de-conflict activities and align schedules.

This position will be located in Roy, UT or in Vandenberg AFB, CA and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.The Sr. Customer Engagement Manager 3 will serve as a primary bridge between Northrop Grumman’s senior leadership and its Department of Defense (DoW) customers, ensuring that all government relations and customer engagement activities are meticulously planned, coordinated, and executed. Reporting to the Division Government Relations Director, this manager will work across a wide network of internal stakeholders—including the Division and Sector Executive Leadership Teams, Government & Community Relations, Legislative Affairs, Facilities, Security, Communications, and program leads—to provide seamless, high visibility support for senior level meetings, briefings, distinguished visitor tours, and Sentinel program events.What You’ll Get To Do:Act as the central conduit for all tiers of DoW customer interaction, driving clear, timely communication and alignment of objectives across functional areasDirect, plan, and execute customer and distinguished visitor visits, symposia, conferences, ribbon cuttings, site tours, and Sentinel demonstrations in Utah, Vandenberg Space Force Base, California, Sentinel deployment sites in Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado, and other locations as needed. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
