What extra ingredients you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related preferred
• 5+years of experience in category management, insights, marketing strategy, or analytics (CPG/FMCG, Amazon or Away from Home preferred)
• Experience with data sources (e.g.Nielsen,Circana, 1010)
• Experience in using retailer/customer data, shopper insights, and analytics to develop compelling retail customer plans
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Highproficiencyin base business tools (Excel/PowerPoint)
• In-depth knowledge in analyzing and creating visualizations oflarge amountsof data
• Experience developing and presenting customer-facing presentations; direct customer-facing experience is a plus
• JDA/POG building experience is a plus

  Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $149,875; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
