Mondelēz International in Dover, DE is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, set displays, and place orders via iPad. You'll work to maximize visibility of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and other brands.

Applicants should be 18+, have a valid REAL ID, own a vehicle, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Four days a week plus one weekend day are required; mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID or U.S. passport.
• Able to drive a personal vehicle to store locations.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Schedule requires four days per week and one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz to in-store employees and work with sales reps to improve product visibility.
• Visit stores per DSD Merchandising Steps and photograph displays.
• Order products via iPad to maintain stock on shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented and stocked.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to Mondelēz management.
• Adhere to merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, professional in-store presence.

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, andmaintainingorchangingoutdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with salesrepresentativestooptimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves andto constructpromotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among others) are well represented,stocked,andmaintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’snegotiated planswith store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstratepositiveand upbeat attitude whilerepresentingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver’s license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Dover, DE

• Secondary locations: Milford, Wyoming, Harrington, DE, Cambridge, Denton, Chester & Stevensville, MD

• Schedule availability required: varies - Four days a week & one weekend day required

Salary and Benefits:Hourly compensation rate ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 based on relevant experience.
