INTRODUCTION:

ABC Fitness is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a proven track record in web design to join our creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs across various digital platforms, with a strong focus on web design. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure that design solutions are aligned with our brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Conceptualize and design engaging visual content for various mediums including presentations, websites, landing pages, social media, and campaign assets.
2. Translate design requirements into intuitive and functional user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet business objectives.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic and web design, incorporating new techniques and technologies into design projects.
5. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that designs are error-free and meet design specifications.
7. Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user input and project requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Education in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with intermediate Spanish skills; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user interface design principles, web standards, and responsive design techniques.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements in a dynamic work environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally in a rapidly evolving industry.

• Website management experience, WordPress proficiency preferred.
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
