A long-established and trusted global brokerage is seeking an experienced Creative Designer - Remoteto join their prop trade team. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.

Responsibilities:
As a Creative Designer, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Creative Asset Development
- Design visual assets for digital, mobile, print, and social media platforms.
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and meets technical and performance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, and affiliate teams to translate campaign objectives into effective design assets.
- Implement feedback and iterate designs within fast-paced project cycles.
Production and File Management.
- Manage BAU (business-as-usual) design tasks with attention to detail, version control, and technical accuracy.
- Prepare and optimize files for various outputs, ensuring consistency and compatibility across formats.
Continuous Learning and Improvement- Stay informed about the latest trends in design, AI tools, and creative technologies.
- Contribute to improving design processes and developing scalable creative solutions.
AI and Design Tool Integration.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express) alongside modern AI platforms (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Creatopy, Canva AI, Runway ML, Midjourney, Creatify).
- Explore generative formats to streamline workflows and introduce innovative visual approaches.
Requirements:
- Design Software Expertise: Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as Adobe Express and Canva Pro.
- AI-Enhanced Design Tools: Practical experience with AI-based platforms like Adobe Firefly, Creatopy, Canva AI, Runway ML, Midjourney, Creatify, or comparable tools.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Excellent attention to detail, with strong skills in file preparation, optimization, organization, and version control.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with multiple teams, incorporating feedback effectively to improve outputs.
- Time & Task Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Technical Design Knowledge: Understanding of digital and print design specifications, including resolution, formats, and output optimization.
- Creative Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to design challenges, with a willingness to explore and test new visual strategies.
- Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and justify design decisions when needed.

Industry Background: Previous design experience in fintech, trading, or financial services environments.Motion & Animation: Familiarity with motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects or web-based animation platforms.UX/UI Awareness: Understanding of core UX/UI principles with basic working knowledge of tools like Figma.CRM & Email Design: Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Braze) and experience designing assets for CRM or email campaigns.Performance Marketing Support: Experience contributing creatives to data-informed or performance-driven marketing initiatives.
