Hilltop Holdings is looking for a Sr. Counterparty Risk Analyst to provide and oversee support to the Counterparty Risk Management platform. This includes trading and vendor entities, through financial and risk-based analyses of counterparties, identifying strengths and weaknesses, key risks, providing recommendations on limits, where applicable, and noting any deviations from policies as appropriate.
Identify, measure, monitor and report at various frequencies to management and governance entities on individual counterparties, the counterparty portfolio and its various risk components.

Hilltop Holdings’ Risk Advisory department provides independent and objective enterprise and operational risk management advisory services to assist management in the identification, measurement, and monitoring of threats to strategic and management objectives. We apply a systematic approach to develop risk metrics, execute risk assessments, and evaluate loss events across Hilltop and its operating companies—PlainsCapital Bank, PrimeLending, and HilltopSecurities.
