The Sr. Coordinator supports strategic programs within the SI team, collaborating on projects that enhance ROI, partnerships, and the LivCor platform, working closely with vendor partners and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with programs in the assigned vertical within SI.
  • Contribute to projects with SI, Transactions, and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate with departments like FP&A and Transactions.
  • Support regional and Asset Management teams.
  • Implement and monitor ancillary programs, tracking progress and supporting site and corporate teams.
  • Manage contract requirements, acquisitions, and program changes.
  • Lead comprehensive projects from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain relationships with operators and vendors.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives, developing efficient workflows, reports, and leveraging tools like Power BI and Excel.
  • Participate in portfolio reviews, creating reports for Asset Managers and Partners.

Ideal candidate will have experience in multifamily ancillary programs, a passion for learning, and:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint; familiar with data functions and visualization.
  • Experience supporting property operations, with developing Power BI skills.
  • Mental agility, multitasking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
  • Collaborative, energetic, analytical mindset.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in multifamily industry or related analyst/coordinator role.
  • Degree in a relevant field preferred; related experience/internships valued.
  • Proven track record of high-quality support and task completion.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $76,000 - $85,000 (varies by location and experience). Eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, holidays, and PTO. Details subject to plan terms.
