Job summary

Array Corporation, a technology-enabled workforce solutions company, is hiring a Sr. Controller for its Waianae, HI office.

You will lead an 11-person accounting department, oversee general accounting, AP/AR, cash management, and audits, including Single Audits, ensuring timely financial statements and strong internal controls. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred), 5+ years in healthcare or nonprofit accounting, and 3–5 years leading teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years healthcare or nonprofit accounting/finance experience.
• 3-5 years leading accounting teams.
• Experience preparing financial statements for multiple entities or funds.
• Extensive experience managing external audits and Single Audits.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, FASB, fund accounting and nonprofit reporting.
• CPA and HRSA/federal grant experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an 11-person Accounting Department overseeing general accounting, AP/AR, cash management, grants, investments, debt financing and tax compliance.
• Own accurate, timely monthly financial statements and audits, including Single Audits.
• Ensure internal controls are strong and funding sources stay in compliance.
