You will lead cross‑functional teams, coach in Lean methods, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity while engaging employees in change initiatives.

You will analyze performance, track KPIs, and support the financial validation of initiatives, shaping a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in operations, quality, or continuous improvement.

JOB SUMMARY

As the Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst you will be responsible to develop, implement, and sustain the operational excellence strategy within an Interpro CI System (ICIS) deployed business unit. This role serves as a key change leader, partnering with operations, functional teams, and employees to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and overall business performance while strengthening employee engagement and continuous improvement capabilities. The Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst facilitates cross-functional improvement efforts, identifies and evaluates improvement opportunities, analyzes operational performance, and supports the execution and financial validation of initiatives. The position also plays an important role in cultural transformation by coaching and developing employees at all levels in ICIS principles, Lean methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement practices. The successful candidate will bring previous industrial or manufacturing experience in operations, quality assurance, engineering, or continuous improvement. Strong facilitation and communication skills, combined with the ability to engage, influence, and lead diverse groups through change, are critical to success in this position. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leads cross-functional ideation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement sessions to identify and implement operational improvement opportunities.
  • Identifies, prioritizes, and executes ICIS and continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, throughput, cost, and overall performance.
  • Analyzes operational data and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Tracks improvement initiatives, including milestones, implementation progress, sustainability, and financial impact.
  • Leads and facilitates Lean and structured problem-solving activities, including Value Stream Mapping, A3, 5S, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Partners with frontline employees and operational leaders to identify barriers, develop solutions, and improve work processes and performance.
  • Trains, coaches, and mentors employees and leaders in ICIS principles, Lean methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Identifies and develops change champions while building employee engagement, ownership, and a sustainable continuous improvement culture.
  • Supports all phases of ICIS deployment, including preparation, implementation, stabilization, and ongoing sustainment.
  • Collaborates with Operations, Human Resources, Finance, IT, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other functions to support successful execution and validate business results.
  • Communicates initiative progress, performance results, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders while establishing clear actions, accountability timelines, and measures of success.
  • Supports Program Office priorities, manages multiple improvement initiatives, travels up to 25% as required, and performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or another related engineering, technical, or quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience in operations, engineering, quality assurance, operational excellence, data analytics, or continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing operational data and using data to identify problems, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional teams, improvement activities, or structured problem‑solving sessions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both frontline employees and leadership in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem‑solving methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, A3, 5S, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, apply statistical methods, monitor KPIs, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams, improvement workshops, and problem‑solving sessions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, coach, and engage employees and leaders at all levels, including frontline operations, without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, throughput, constraints, and operational performance within an industrial environment.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
