Sr. Consultant, Strategic Planning & Execution

What Strategic Planning/Execution contributes to Cardinal Health

Strategy is responsible for leadership, direction and expertise in the development of business strategy, strategic management disciplines and business analytics that support the company's mission vision and valuation objectives, in close collaboration with business leaders.

Strategic Planning/Execution is responsible for developing and supporting the realization of strategic plans and management agendas.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and refines tools that track the benefits of various Cardinal Health pricing initiatives, including Year-End Pricing.
  • Works to increase the Cardinal Health US Medical Products and Distribution sales team adoption of tools and analytics that drive growth in Cardinal Health brand volume.
  • Develops tools that help Cardinal Health track and mitigate the impact of tariffs and other external market factors.
  • Develops insights and tools that leverage market and internal data to inform Cardinal Health’s price and positioning strategy.
  • Simplifies and synthesizes complex data to provide clear, direct, actionable insights.
  • Develops sustainable solutions by working with partners, documenting processes, and showing a bias toward automation.
  • Demonstrates ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information to a variety of audiences and mediums, including through dashboards and other data visualization techniques.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $103,500 - $147,900

**The salary range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
