About US TI&I

U.S. Technology Infrastructure and Innovation (US TI&I) covers Technology, Information Security, Fraud Management, and related areas, focusing on operational excellence, innovation, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, manage, and report on operational risk programs for US TI&I lines of business (LOBs).
2. Review control testing scripts, lead assessments, and monitor corrective actions in collaboration with various defense lines.
3. Maintain operational risk and compliance policies, conduct risk assessments, and manage day-to-day risk issues.
4. Develop and monitor controls, update risk inventories, and mentor team members.
5. Stay informed on regulatory changes and strategize their implementation within US TI&I.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years in audit, enterprise, operational risk management, or management consulting.
• Deep understanding of risk assessment frameworks and experience with risk assessments and controls.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial, operational, compliance, and reputation risks.
• Strong project management skills and adaptability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership.

Additional Information

This role is based in Chicago, IL, with a salary range of $120,000-$150,000, plus benefits, incentives, and a comprehensive rewards package.
