Job Description

What You’ll Do

Responsible for performing first line of risk defense functions to minimize operational, legal, and compliance risks. Identifies risks impacting the business and escalates issues to management.

How You’ll Do It

• Develops, implements, and maintains audit and compliance review plans. Manages process reviews to measure compliance and risk. Creates process review plans for new processes and ensures their relevance.
• Leads Business Unit Testing and Monitoring. Enhances control documentation, performs database and tracking mechanisms, and ensures data validity.
• Identifies emerging risks and communicates them to management. Supports project implementation and enhancement.
• Assists with internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Designs and conducts peer reviews of controls, tests control effectiveness, and understands control owners' processes.
• Provides guidance to team members.

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Consumer Banking Call Center Operations, Project Management, or Operations, or 6+ years in lieu of a degree.

Physical and Cognitive Responsibilities

Additional Details

Remote work is available within the U.S. only. The application deadline is May 13, 2025. Salary range is $77,500 to $131,500, with additional incentives. Benefits include paid leave, 401(k), health plans, and more.
