Job summary

SRK CONSULTING (U.S.), INC. in Reno, NV seeks a Sr Consultant to support geotechnical exploration and instrumentation activities at mining sites.

You will contribute to embankment fill construction, liner installation, and on-site operational tasks.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 8 years of experience, or a Master’s with 6 years. Telecommuting may be allowed; otherwise report to the work site and travel to project locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or foreign equiv in Civil Eng’g or related field and 8 yrs of progressively responsible exp in geotechnical site investigations and reports.
• Alternative: Master’s in related field and 6 yrs of related experience.
• Telecommuting may be permissible; onsite reporting when not telecommuting.
