Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field operations for the assigned project, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, material suppliers, inspectors, and client representatives.
• Lead by example with a focus on safety, quality, and project integrity.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure adherence to milestones.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
