Amazon is seeking a Construction Project Manager responsible for designing and constructing electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across Amazon facilities in the U.S.

This role involves managing both the design and construction of EV charging infrastructure, including power distribution systems and charging stations. The manager will oversee design processes, ensure compliance with standards and codes, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to develop optimal solutions. Responsibilities include reviewing design documents, managing budgets and schedules, and handling change orders and value engineering to optimize project outcomes.

The role requires partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders such as utility companies, contractors, and vendors. The Project Manager will act as Amazon's representative and primary interface for project delivery, combining expertise in electrical systems, construction management, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple EV charging infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Lead procurement processes for contractors and consultants.
• Perform detailed reviews of designs, budgets, and schedules to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage change orders and value engineering processes.
• Partner with stakeholders including utility companies, contractors, and design professionals.

Design & Technical Management:

Scope of Projects:

• EV charging station installations, electrical upgrades, site improvements, procurement, utility coordination, permitting, and integration.
