Looking for an experienced Sr Construction Project Manager able to hit the ground running.
We are also seeking an experienced Estimator. Both positions are located in Wichita or Kansas City.
Salary ranges from $85,000 to $125,000 (depending on skill sets) plus bonuses based on project performance.

Senior Construction Project Managers are vital in all phases of the building process. Our projects are diverse, covering sectors such as hospitality, multifamily, retail, healthcare, higher education, and recreation/entertainment. Project sizes can reach up to $100 million. With a nationwide presence, we operate in more than 40 states.
We are searching for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. If you have experience estimating projects for a commercial general contractor or a specialty trade contractor, please let us know. Feel free to refer someone with these skills.
Job Duties for Sr Construction Project Manager:
- Lead project teams through all construction phases
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
- Track, manage, and report project costs
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate daily with clients, designers, and teams
- Oversee design to meet owner needs and budgets
- Prepare and submit project estimates
- Manage and distribute contract documents
- Review and implement drawings and specifications
- Select, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors and vendors
- Draft subcontracts and purchase orders
- Handle submittals and change orders (owner/subcontractor)
- Conduct site inspections for safety, quality, and progress (travel required)
- Lead project meetings and review progress with teams
- Provide daily support to field staff
Required Skills and Experience for Senior Project Manager:
- Construction Management Degree
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Experience managing projects over $5M
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Procore (or similar project management platform)
Job Duties for Estimator:
- Review and analyze construction documents, including plans, drawings, and specifications
- Identify and solicit bids from qualified suppliers and subcontractors
- Perform material take-offs to support accurate cost estimates
- Evaluate and vet vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure project suitability
- Assess bid completeness and compile comprehensive project cost estimates
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to align project goals
- Apply experience and judgment to select methods, materials, and partners
Required Skills and Experience for Estimator:
- Degree in Construction Management/Science or similar, with three years of relevant experience
- Experience with projects over $3.5M is required
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to create estimates from conceptual plans
- Proficiency with ProCore or similar construction estimating and bidding platforms
