Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our client’s team and lead projects within their Customer Service Technology (CS Tech) organization. This role involves working with multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development environments and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

We can facilitate W2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our W2 consultants, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, and life insurance.

Rate: $42 – $52 / hr W2

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams, each with approximately 25 members, to plan and execute projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans using tools like Smartsheet or similar.
• Set and manage project milestones to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks to minimize impacts on timelines and deliverables.
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Work within a hybrid project management framework, combining Waterfall and Agile methodologies, primarily using Jira.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking.

Experience Requirements

• 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Proven ability to quickly ramp up and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Experience working within a PMO or similar organizational structure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Skills, experience, and other factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The provided pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available.
