Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager for a data center project in Tucson, AZ.

You will lead the project from design and preconstruction through construction, commissioning, and turnover, coordinating GCs, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring extensive large-scale construction experience, strong MEP knowledge, and a proven ability to own schedule, budget, quality, risk, and field execution in a fast-paced mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant construction/project management.
• Strong MEP construction experience.
• Data center / mission-critical construction experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally $100M.
• Proven PM with schedule, budget, quality, change orders, and contractor management.
• Coordinate design scope, drawings, specs, RFIs, and submittals.
• Coordinate GCs, subcontractors, consultants, engineering/design teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project ownership.
• Able to work onsite in Tucson 5 days/week.
• Owner or GC background.

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager for a top mission-critical/data center client supporting a major greenfield build in Tucson, AZ. This individual will help lead the project from design and preconstruction through construction, commissioning, and turnover while coordinating contractors, design partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings significant large-scale construction experience, strong MEP knowledge, and the ability to take ownership of schedule, budget, quality, risk, and field execution in a fast-paced mission-critical environment.

Pay rate: $89-93/hr, depending on experience
