Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Construction Manager for a data center/mision-critical project in Tucson, AZ. You will lead the project from design through turnover, coordinating GCs, subs, design partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in large-scale construction, strong MEP knowledge, and ownership of schedule, budget, quality, and risk. Onsite five days a week in Tucson is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Experience with data center/mission-critical construction.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects ($100M+).
• Ability to manage schedule, budget, quality, change orders, and contractors.

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Manager for a top mission-critical/data center client supporting a major greenfield build in Tucson, AZ. This individual will help lead the project from design and preconstruction through construction, commissioning, and turnover while coordinating contractors, design partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings significant large-scale construction experience, strong MEP knowledge, and the ability to take ownership of schedule, budget, quality, risk, and field execution in a fast-paced mission-critical environment.

Pay rate: $85-89/hr, depending on experience
