We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of school construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing educational facility constructions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of school construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and school district officials to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Lead contractor meetings, prepare meeting minutes, follow up on open items.
• Oversee quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on educational facilities.
• Proven track record of successfully managing school construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
